Job Summary:

As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the company. You will use your sales skills and industry knowledge to build relationships with potential clients and close deals that align with our company's goals and objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and commission structure. Any existing clients or book of business desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online research
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client events
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Desirable)
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the audiovisual or events industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
