Summary

A technology integration firm is seeking an AV/IT Program Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV/IT Installation department (installation, engineering and service/maintenance) with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Coordinate, manage and prioritize all projects and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis for three departments Installation, Engineering and Service/Maintenance
  • Lead and manage department managers to achieve KPI success criteria.
  • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.

Essential Duties

  • Lead and manage all Line of Business (LOB) projects and associated processes
  • Lead weekly LOB meetings
  • Lead weekly EOS L10 department meetings
  • Work closely with Leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures
  • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Serve as a key point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
  • Work collaboratively with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the company

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills managing teams of 15 or more people.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual and IT project management and construction methodology
  • Must have a strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systems
  • Must have strong understanding of IT networks and standards
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred.
